Trouble-free Conveying with New SVL Series Loaders

Sterling, Inc. has recently introduced the SVL series self contained air loaders. These units provide efficient conveying of materials from drums, bins, material bags and gaylords with the use of an efficient compressed air venturi system.

Available in several configurations to fit just about any single loading material conveying application, the modular design of the SVL series is simple to use, operate and maintain. A standard flange with quick release fasteners allows for fast and easy material changes and cleanout, while a simple control assembly provides easy-to-use operation.

Models available include:

SVL-A offers a single inlet that is used to convey clean, pelletized material into a process and is available with 115 VAC voltage. Additional features include a control assembly with a low power consumption solenoid; air filter/regulator combination with pressure gauge and a capacitive sensor for material demand.

SVL-B can be used for both pellets and regrind and offers a single inlet that is used to convey pellets or regrind into a process and includes the same features as the SVL-A.

SVL-C is a single inlet venturi for both pellets and regrind with a special attachment that allows for conveying of two materials (usually a virgin and a regrind, into a process). The SVL-C has similar features as the SVL-B in addition to an additional control assembly for the second venturi (including air regulator with pressure gauges).

SVL-D is a mobile stand with a single inlet that is used to unload bins or grinders and to load barrels; capacitive sensor for material demand and control assembly with low power consumption solenoid.

Available options for all models include a premium energy saving controller with alarm features.
