TG 36 and TG 56 Series Thermoform Granulators

Designed for continuous reclamation of skeletal web directly from the thermoform trim process, the TG Series granulators are available with 36" or 56" infeed widths.

TG 1200 Series Thermoform Granulators

The TG 1200 Series granulators offer a wide range of capabilities and are ideal for under-the-press or in front of the press applications. Three models provide various throat sizes - 12x44, 12x56, and 12x74. Models feature a horsepower range of 20 to 50 HP and throughput capacities of 1800-3000 lbs/hour. Reversible screens are available in various sizes and the complete regrind evacuation is achieved with an 8" blower system. The castered base is portable and low profile, which allows for under-the-press positioning.

TG 1400 Series Thermoform Granulators

Sterling's TG Series offers reclamation of thermoformed, extruded scrap, sheet, web and edge trim. With a standard 50 hp motor and throughput capacities up to 3,000 lbs/hr, there is a Sterling granulator ideal for your specific needs. The TG 1400 Series provide heavy-duty construction and quiet operation. Double sealed bearings are lubricated for life.
