CGMB2024TF & 2036TF Tangential Series Granulators

The Tangential Series design-features allow mid-sized granulators to deliver high throughputs reclaiming large, bulky parts that would normally require a more costly, higher horsepower central granulator. Available in two (2) models, the 2024 and 2036 (20" x 24" and 20" x 36") are capable of accepting a wide variety of large/bulky products from the injection molding, thermo-forming, blow molding and recycling/reclamation industries.

Reversible screens offer longer life on a swing down/removable cradle for ease of cleaning along with a heavy duty, easy access base that creates a stronger design that provides easy cleanout and servicing.

• Bolted and doweled cutting chambers
• 3-knife high shear
• Heavy-duty, spherical roller bearings preventing material contamination
• Dual flywheels increasing cutting torque during reclamation
• 40° angled infeed on each unit is sound absorbing and allows for easy hand or conveyor feed options at a convenient infeed height of 63"
