BP 2000 Series Central Granulators

The BP 2000 Series are ideal for thermoforming, and a variety of infeed, discharge, and rotor options to provide added flexibility fro almost any application.
BP2400 Series Central Granulator
Ideally suited for applications including large injection molded parts, blow molded parts, automotive molding, light purgings, furniture appliance parts, etc. The BP2400 series come in 27" (700 mm), 39" (1000 mm), and 55" (1400 mm) widths with a cutting circle diameter of 24".
BP2039HD & BP2056HD Heavy Duty Central Granulator
Sterling's BP Series heavy duty central granulators are designed for heavy-duty, high capacity granulation. Ideally suited for applications including heavy extruded purgings, sheet, pipe scrap, X-ray film, post consumer bailed bottles, film and fibers. The BP HD Series has a cutting cirlce diameter of 18" and horsepower options from 100-200 hp.
BP 3200 Series Heavy Duty Granulators
The BP 3200 Series is designed for heavy duty, high capacity granulation. Ideally suited for applications including heavy extruder purgings, blow molded flashings, thick sheet, pipe scrap, X-ray film, large blow molded parts (auotmotive, appliance, fruniture, profiles), packaging film and large capacity post-consumer products.
HDG Series Heavy Duty Granulators
Sterling's HDG Series heavy duty central granualtors are designed for high capacity central reclamation. They can granulate a wide range of plastic scrap, from low density fiber to thick, high molecular weight purgings and can be integrated with a variety of handling equipment.
