The BP800 Series granulators are designed for
efficient beside the press regrind of reject
components from injection molding, blow molding,
and extrusion processes. Quiet running and
extremely versatile, they can be used with robot
feed, conveyor feed or hand feed applications.
All BP Series models provide excellent quality regrind with reduced maintenance costs. The standard design includes integrated rotating end discs for low-heat granulation and reduced frictional wear. Sterling offers a wide choice of evacuation systems to meet every production requirement.
The BP1200 Series granulators offer a wide range of capabilities to handle the most demanding injection molding, blow molding and extrusion requirements. With a horsepower range from 7 1/2 to 25 HP, throughput capacities from 500
to 800 lbs./hr, and a wide range of sizes, there is a Sterling granulator ideal for your specific needs.
The BP 1600 Series granulators offer a wide range of capabilities to handle the most demanding injection molding, blow molding and extrusion requirements. With a horsepower range from 20 to 40 HP, throughput capacities from 900 to 1500 lbs./hr, and a wide range of sizes, there is a Sterling granulator ideal for your specific needs.
The SS Series Screenless Granulator combines low-speed, energy saving, granulating technology with primary and secondary blades, providing a consistent grind, every time. Uniform regrind flows more consistently into your production and moves easier through your material handling system and molding with fewer rejects. The ES Series offers cutting chamber sizes of 10"x 9", 10.5"x 13.5" and 18.5"x 15.5" with years of reliable, maintenance free service.
