SCL Series Resin Crystallizer

The SCL Series is designed for 90-4,000 pounds of surface crystalization of flake or amorphous resin pellets. An internal agitator is present to prevent product agglomeration during drying process.

Hinged hopper clean-out door with sight glass
Safety interlocks on door shut down agitator
Constant rate discharge with rotary airlock
Hot air dryer sized for system throughput and 250°F-400°F operating range
