SDAP 15-60 CFM Series Portable Drying System

SDAP Series portable drying/conveying systems integrate a high-efficiency SDA Series desiccant dryer that generates super-dry, hot air, integral dry air conveying and intuitive touchscreen controls mounted on a portable platform for flexible positioning anywhere in the plant.

SDAP Series is available in four basic configurations depending upon conveying options specified.

• Off-the-shelf PLC with a touch screen interface provides clear status information on critical drying and conveying functions while also allowing for simple startup, shutdown and adjustment of drying and conveying parameters
• Digital dewpoint indicator provides LED readout of actual dewpoint and high dewpoint alarm settings
• Insulated drying hopper with material drain port and slide gate
• Integrated control interface provides clear status information on critical drying and conveying functions
