Air Dryer

The ultra-small dryer offers full-sized drying, with heating capabilities up to 400ºF. The 10 cfm dryer reduces the incoming compressed air dewpoint by as much as 50ºF, all the way down to 10ºF. The optional membrane dryer can lower dewpoints to as low as 40ºF. Air enters the system through a solenoid and is filtered through a large particle compressed air filter before it moves through the heating element. The optional membrane dryer includes a high-efficiency 0.1-micron filter assembly, which ensures that the air entering the membranes is clean.

Designed for continuous, 24-hour operation, the SCD10 dryer requires no maintenance, and it is easy to use. The off-the-shelf microprocessor controller includes a high process temperature alarm light and an automatic shutoff system to monitor the compressed air supply.
