Sterling's SCD10 compressed-air dryer offers a remarkably compact footprint with powerful drying performance. Available in floor- and machine-mount configurations, with a cabinet measuring just 12" x 12" x 6", this dryer can be placed virtually anywhere near your process.
For the drying of thermoplastic pellets and re-grind before processing in order to remove all remaining moisture from the pellets both inside and out, independent of climate or ambient air conditions.
Sterling SMD dryers include a unique, proprietary membrane assembly to further reduce the dewpoint process air.
Sterling's SDA Series cabinet-style mini-dryers are one
of the smallest desiccant dryers we offer. The unique
energy efficient design means a compact dryer at a
very low price.
The SDA Series dehumidifying dryers remove internal and external moisture from thermoplastic pellets and regraind before processing, independent of climate or ambient air conditions.
Sterling designed the SDA High-Capacity dryers with a unique desiccant canister that improves thermal efficiency, lowering energy costs by 10-15% and reducing regeneration time to less than one hour.
Sterling's SDA Series High Capacity Dehumidifying Dryers that feature 350-500 CFM rating and user friendly off-the-shelf controls. The unit provides a compact fame with minimum moving parts, easy accessibility for maintenance and a small footprint. Optimal desiccant utilization guarantees lowest dew point.
Sterling's SDAA Series desiccant dryer is compact in size with full size performance. The dryer has easy-to-use off-the-shelf micro-
processor control and provides digital temperature control for temperatures up to 250°F (High
temperature, 400°F option available).
SDAP Series portable drying and conveying systems from Sterling mount full-size drying and conveying performance onto a single, easy-to-position, portable cart. This provides closed loop drying with automatic, on-demand conveying to the drying hopper and/or one or two machines.
The SDAP 90-220 CFM Series portable drying systems provide complete drying and conveying in one compact, portable package. These units automatically convey on demand while providing closed loop drying.
Sterling's SHA Series Hot Air Dryers feature a single blower that provides heated air to dry non-hygroscopic materials. Solid-state dual set point process temperature control to 250ºF (121ºC).
The SH Series drying hoppers are available in
machine-mount and floor-mount configurations.
They feature unique mass-flow design, full
hopper insulation, and slide gate shut-off.
The large SH Series carbon steel or stainless steel drying hoppers from Sterling are available in 12-425 cu. ft. They feature a unique mass flow design and carbon steel construction with aluminum cover.
Sterling's Central Drying Systems feature an energy-efficient design that reduces material changeover times, saving space, energy and labor costs.
SCL Series Crystallizers are used to crystallize amorphous material in a continuous process. Slow speed agitation of the material prevents agglomeration and minimizes product degradation.
Sterling's MH Series machine hopper loaders offer a unique mass flow and compact design. MH machine hoppers can be insulated or non-insulated (0.85 and 1.7 cu. ft. models only) and have a hinged access door (3.0 cu.ft and larger models) for easy access and maintenance.
