SPD, SPDB and SPC Series Vacuum Pumps
The SPC Series vacuum pump offers a quiet, regenerative/vacuum blower and can be used to convey free-flowing palletized materials over short to medium distances. It is available in 3.5-11 hp models. The SPD Series vacuum pump features a high-efficiency, quiet, positive displacement blower and is ideal for conveying pellets and regrind over long distances. It offers continuous operation using an atmospheric relief valve. The SPDB Series vacuum pump uses a non-reversing valve to convey dusty regrind or powdered materials over long distances. Both the SPD and SPDB Series are available in 5-15 hp models.
The SPD and SPDB models include a high vacuum safety switch for ensured safety, a vacuum gauge on the pump for a visual indication of the system's performance, and a NEMA-12 junction box with fused electrical disconnects. A premium sound enclosure, available on SPD and SPDB pumps, consists of a clamshell design made of polished aluminum diamond plate. Designed to cover the entire vacuum pump, the sound enclosure uses high-efficiency sound dampering materials to reduce sound levels. Quick release clamps on each side of the enclosure make access to the pump quick and easy.
