SSV 05/R Hopper Loader

The Sterling SSV 05 allows for the conveying of free flowing pelletized plastic materials or regrind to an injection molding machine or process.

The single conveying units work according to the venturi principle. A compressed air supply is required. Conveying is controlled by an integrated level sensor.

The clear design allows both for quick material changes and easy handling.

Sterling single conveying units are designed for continuous 24-hour operation.

Sterling single conveying units meet the European "CE" requirements.

• Parts that come in contact with material are made of glass, stainless steel or coated aluminum
• Maximum throughput 150 kg/h (330 lbs./h)
• Maximum conveying distance horizontal 3 m (10 ft), vertical 2 m (6.5 ft)
• Maximum material temperature 80 ?C (170? F)
