SKW-E Proportioning Valve

Fully adjustable regrind processing in conjunction with a conveying system.

The Sterling SKW is made of coated aluminum. Depending on model, the SKW can be integrated in pipe systems with diameters of (1.5", 2").

Material switching works pneumaticaly. During every conveying cycle, the SKW pulses rapidly between both materials, which minimizes layering. The conveying ratio can be preselected between 0 and 100 %.

• SKW with integrated, dustproofed controller and digital display
• Compressed air supply 60-90 PSI system over pressure
• Connection to a conveying control system or a conveyor
• Regrind adjustable 0-100 %
