The Sterling SKW is made of solid steel. Depending on model, the SKW can be integrated in pipe systems with diameters of (1.5", 2").

Material switching operates pneumaticaly by a highly reliable rotary piston, which prevents air leaks in the conveying system.

During every conveying cycle, the SKW pulses rapidly between both materials, which minimizes layering. The conveying ratio can be preselected between 0 and 100 %.

Sterling SKW?s are designed for continuous 24-hour operation.

• Compressed air supply 4-6 bar system over pressure
