SSK 05 Vacuum Receiver

The Sterling SSK 05 vacuum receiver with sightglass allows for the conveying of free flowing pelletized plastic materials directly to the processing machine, using vacuum receivers (SSK 05) which integrates into a central conveying system. When conveying very abrasive materials, a high abrasion resistant option is available.

The hopper loaders feature a filterless design and are made of stainless steel, guaranteeing minimum abrasion and corrosion.

The modular design, with the hinged lid, allows for flexibility to meet changes in process requirements. Material changes are made quickly and easily allowing for minimal downtime of the customers process. The material level is indicated by a sight glass.

The operating conditions are indicated on the hopper loader by large LEDs as follows: on, demand; conveying; alarm.
