SDRW Rotary Valve

Fully automatic material changes without any manual handling, only as part of a Sterling centrally controlled conveying system. The rotary valves are controlled by the conveying controller.

The Sterling material distribution valve system eliminates the need for multiple pipe runs and automates material changeovers so that more complex system requirements can be provided automatically.

With a Sterling material distribution valve system, up to ten machines can automatically be provided with up to ten different materials.

The material distribution valve comes complete with rotors and connecting parts which are cast in high grade steel with specially hardened surfaces, which, in addition to meeting clean room conditions, is also capable of processing abrasive materials.

Sterling rotary valves are maintenance-free and designed for 7 day, 24-hour operation.

Sterling rotary valves meet the European "CE" requirements.

• In single-step operation, the inputs/outputs of the rotary valve can be controlled independently of the conveying controller.
• Rotors and connecting parts are cast in high grade steel with specially hardened surfaces
• Material distribution from 1 input / output to up to 10 input / outputs per DRW
• Error messages appear on the display of the material distribution valve controller
• Integrated controller with 7 segment LED display
• Motor fuse protection by protective motor switch
