SDD Series

The SDD dosing unit uses a special DC drive motor and a correctly sized dosing disc to precisely feed powder or pellet additives, at the set rate, into the throat of your processing machine. Precision design and closed loop control ensure high accuracy to setpoint.

Material changeover has never been easier. Just lift two quick disconnects and remove the additive station. With the optional spare station, changeover is immediate. The simple changeover design reduces downtime and safety risk.

The S150 Controller is designed for either injection molding applications or extrusion applications. Both controllers are microprocessor-based, and the feeder?s motor speed is monitored continuously to compensate for fluctuations in the screw speed of the processing machine. The controllers are easy to operate, with user-friendly icons and storage of up to 10 recipes. Additive consumption is conveniently displayed on the 5 digit LED display.
