Outdoor Series, air-cooled central chillers from Sterling are designed for exterior installation, freeing up valuable indoor equipment space. Featuring premium quality scroll compressors, there are 11 models available with cooling capacities from 10-60 tons.

• Hermetic scroll compressors
• Direct expansion type brazed plate evaporator(s)
• Aluminum fin/copper tube condenser with direct drive reinforced polymer fans
• Standard ambient operation from -20ºF to 125ºF (-29ºC to 52ºC). Wind baffles required for -20ºF operation
• R-22 refrigerant
• Safeties include: high and low refrigerant, freezestat, phase loss, motor overload, and reverse rotation of the compressor
